the staff proved fabulous . hayley was very accommodating and kind to all guests (i saw that). i found the free parking facility a great plus point for this hotel.

My room was clean and neat. friendly staff provided amazing food. Good beds were available. The shower and bathroom were also good.
the radiator's temperature control was broken. there were no breakfast facilities in the morning, and I was not told to pre-order the night before for delivery to my room.

The gentleman at reception was very cute. He was SUPER helpful too. The little room touches are lovely. it's a nice quiet hotel. I appreciate the relaxing atmosphere.
The bathroom door didn't SHUT very well. it was a minor inconvenience. The staff should check it.
